Your packs are scheduled to ship during the selected timeframe when you submitted your Purchase Order.
On the invoice or receipt page, you can view your shipment month by clicking “View delivery details.” This will show you the scheduled shipment timeframe. We’ll do our best to get your order out the door as soon as possible!

Once your packs have shipped, we will send a confirmation email to the primary shipping contact on file, and the shipment date and tracking number will be available on your Mystery Pack invoice or receipt page.
