We’re sorry for any confusion! There could be a couple of reasons you’re having difficulty. The most common reason is that your organization has a quote on file, but we have not received a purchase order or payment yet, so the membership has not been activated.

The other reason you’re not able to access could be that you’re not linked to the correct organization. You can check this by logging into your account at mysteryscience.com and clicking on your name in the upper right corner. You’ll see your school listed below your name.
If you’re not linked to the correct school or district, you can change that by following the easy steps in this article: How do I change my school or organization?.
