How do I access my quote or create a new order?

Accessing an Existing Membership Quote:

• If a quote was emailed to you, click the link in your email to open the quote.
• If you have a printed quote, you can view the online quote by going to the URL listed on the printed quote. It will have the format of www.mysteryscience.com/order/#######.
• You can also view an existing quote if your current quote/free trial is expired by visiting your order page while logged in and clicking on "View Quote". Please note this will not work if your membership is currently valid or you are in a current free trial.

Creating a New Membership Quote:

• If you need to create a new quote, go to the order page (if logged in) or to the pricing page (if not logged in).

Accessing an Existing Mystery Pack Quote:

• When you created your quote a confirmation would have been emailed to you, if you don't see this email, please check your spam folder. This email should have the following title format: Next Steps for Mystery Pack Quote #SP-#####.
• Click the link in your email to open the quote.
• If you have a printed quote, you can view the online quote by going to the URL listed on the printed quote. It will have the format of www.mysteryscience.com/order/#######.

Creating a New Mystery Pack Quote:

• If you need to create a new quote, go to http://www.mysteryscience.com/packs
• Note: Creating a quote doesn't guarantee stock availability. This is done once you have reserved your packs by clicking the "Reserve Packs" link on your Mystery Packs quote.
