Distance Learning has brought many challenges when preparing and sharing Mystery Science lessons for students. We've helped simplify that process for you by creating interactive worksheets and assessments that students can complete from their computer, no printing necessary! Even better, if you're using Google Classroom, you can grade them and assign grades all within your classroom!
Interactive Worksheets
Before you start, make sure you are signed into the Google account associated with your Google Classroom.
Open the worksheet that you want to share with your students and click "Copy student editable version".
*Note: if you don't see this button on a particular worksheet, it is because the worksheet cannot be easily made into an interactive version. Check out our Distance Learning Guide to identify which lessons are more easily adapted for sharing remotely.
On the next page, click "Make a copy".
Once you click "Make a copy," a copy is added to your Google Drive. From here, you can share it with your students by clicking "Share" in the top right and copying the link. If you're using Google Classroom, you can add these worksheets in the assignment itself. You can read more about how to assign a lesson in Google Classroom here.
