Many of us have more than one email address stored in our browsers. If your membership is active, but when you log in it shows it's expired, check to make sure that you are logged in with the correct email address. This can be verified by clicking on the drop-down under your name in the top right corner of the website.
Here, you can see the email address you are currently logged in with. Additionally, clicking on "Account & Membership" will let you see when your membership expires.
If everything is correct and your admin can verify that a purchase was made for your school, please contact us for help!
