Mystery Science is committed to growing and responding to current teacher & student needs. Every year, we receive hundreds of teacher reviews, emails, & heartfelt messages about what is going well and about areas in which we can improve.
This year, we will be revising & sunsetting lessons that no longer meet our stringent content standards, adding just as many great new lessons, and restructuring a few units to improve standards-based coherence. Details about these changes can be found below as well as in our 2022-2023 New Content Guide.
We know changes can be a challenge for those who planned ahead, so we’ve made it possible to bookmark and navigate directly to older versions of lessons. If you’re ever unable to find an older version of a lesson that you need, please reach out to us.
If you’re looking for a lesson plan, you can go to our standards page to see how all our lessons align to your state's standards. See below for more details on updates coming to Mystery Science.
