I sent in my purchase order but haven't heard anything... what should I do?

We know you're excited to get started, and we're excited to get started with you!

When you submit your purchase order directly through your online quote, the following flow immediately occurs:

• The membership is activated
• A confirmation email and invoice is sent to you
• A welcome email is sent to all teachers at your school.

Teachers can then log in as usual at mysteryscience.com.

If you send us your PO via email or fax, the above flow still occurs, however, it can take a day or two to process. Keep an eye on your email to see when your PO has been processed.

If you've submitted your purchase order and have not received a confirmation email, or your membership is still showing as expired, please feel free to contact us for an update on the status of your order.
